This striking gold coin marks the 33rd release in the United States Mint’s acclaimed Gold Eagle program, which has been a favorite of collectors since its inception in 1986.

The reverse design is the handiwork of artist, Miley Busiek and portrays a family of bald eagles, with the male strengthening the nest with foraged twigs while the female and young look on.
